Who I am
I am Gregor MacKenzie, trading as Tyree Digital, in Killin, Perthshire, Scotland. I am the data controller for this site. You can reach me at hello@tyree.uk.
What the site collects
The contact form on the home page asks for a name, an email address and a short brief. Nothing else is collected. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts on the site. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Where form entries go
The form is sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which passes the message to my email. Web3Forms processes it only to deliver it. The message then lives in my mailbox.
Hosting
The site is served from Amazon Web Services. The hosting provider may keep standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time for security and reliability.
How long I keep it
For as long as the enquiry or the work it leads to needs, then it is deleted. Ask and I delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how I handled it. Email hello@tyree.uk for any of these.
