I've been building for the web since 1996. Started with hand coded HTML and dial up FTP. Thirty years later I'm building full stack platforms for NHS programmes, music festivals, and growing businesses across the UK.
I work solo, which means you deal directly with the person designing and writing the code. No account managers relaying messages, no junior developers doing the actual build, no handover between design and development where things go missing.
Most agencies treat design and development as separate disciplines. I do both, which means what you brief gets built without anything lost in translation. Faster, cleaner, and with a single point of accountability from first conversation to launch day.

Yes. Before work begins I take time to understand your requirements and produce a clear scope document. As long as we work within that scope, the price doesn't change.
If during the build you want something genuinely new, a feature not in the original brief, we agree a separate quote before it starts. No surprises.
30 years of experience working full time on your project. Large agencies carry significant overhead, with project managers, account handlers, design and dev working separately and multiple handoffs. That overhead is a feature of how they're structured, not of the work itself.
When one expert handles design and development end to end, those layers disappear. What remains is faster, more coherent, and better for your budget.
Every build includes a post-launch period for bug fixes at no additional cost. After that, the monthly retainer covers maintenance, security updates, and real development hours. If you choose not to take a retainer, ad-hoc support is always available. You're never without a route to get things fixed.
The copyright in the codebase remains with Tyree Digital. This is standard practice in bespoke development work. What you receive on final payment is a perpetual, irrevocable license to use, run, and modify your platform indefinitely, with no restrictions and no ongoing obligations to me.
In practice, this changes nothing for your business. The platform is yours to operate and evolve however you choose. I build exclusively with standard, well documented technologies and no proprietary frameworks. Another developer can pick up the codebase tomorrow without any involvement from me. No lock in, no dependency on my continued participation.
I work on one project at a time, so start date depends on current availability, and I'll always give you an honest answer. For timeline, scope determines delivery. Our case studies range from two weeks to four months for complex multi stakeholder platforms. Estimates are realistic, not padded.
